Eric LaMons

Eric LaMons is a commercial litigator experienced in diverse litigation involving financial agreements, commercial contracts, creditor's rights, securities, credit default swap agreements, other financial and securities transactions, partnership, banking, insurance, product liability, and other matters, within a range of industries. Eric also has experience in national and international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric was associated with Kaye Scholer LLP (2002-2009), and Wilk Auslander LLP (2009-2019), gaining years of experience resolving commercial litigation in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration proceedings.
